The payment schedule of Kőris Corner is agreed with the bank in advance, focusing on the comfort and security of our customers. If you have chosen the apartment you would like to buy, after the contract and the payment, you can move into your new home when the handover happens (after the occupancy permit).
The lawyer's fee is 0.8%, which is charged to the Buyer.
