Successful investor! As one of the new projects of our Hungarian family-owned group of companies, the most unique residential property of the 8th district, Kőris Corner, is being built in Budapest. Our group is active in a wide range of activities, from property development, letting and utilisation to wine wholesale in Budapest and hotel and catering in the countryside. The Hotel Aurum**** and Hotel Aurum Family**** are our own developed hotels, so both the investment and the construction were carried out within the group in Hajdúszoboszló. In the last 8 years our construction investments in Hajdúszoboszló exceeded HUF 3 billion. Among our developments was the construction of a 1 km cellar, processing plant and guest house for our winery, Angyal Winery and Vineyard, worth HUF 500 million.

Building on our years of experience in hotel construction, in 2016 we started Allure Residence Budapest, one of Budapest's largest residential developments at the time with 520 apartments. Building on the hotel development experience and the success of Allure, we started the development of Egyetem Tower in Debrecen. This property is the first in the region where luxury and comfort are at the heart of everything. Our goal was to make the future owners and residents feel like they are living in a luxury hotel. On the rooftop there will be pool for exclusive use, a sauna, jacuzzi and a panoramic terrace.
